Merritt Minnemeyer, CPC, ELI-MP, is the Founder & Creator of Master of One Coaching. Born in Northern California to a family with a strong entrepreneurial lineage, Merritt began her career in New York City as a performer, producer, and director, and quickly realized her passion for sharing inspiration with others by teaching arts-based strategies to kids and adults. After years of working with underserved communities, her interests pivoted into social justice and leadership development first with youth and then with adults from all walks of life. Since then she has developed and implemented a wide array of coaching and leadership programming in venues ranging from private corporations to government agencies, schools and districts, law enforcement, higher education, and nonprofit organizations all over the country. She believes the greatest asset than anyone can bring to their work is a clear understanding of how they can employ their gifts and talents to serve others and how to ENJOY their work!
