Jude became interested in mindfulness while working as a therapist in an alternative school with at-risk youth. There he developed a passion for mindfulness and meditation because of the positive transformations he experienced and observed in these youth. Since 2011, he has been teaching regular mindfulness-meditation classes and providing training to health care providers and businesses. Jude teaches Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and trained at Omega with Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli.
Jude helps people who are stressed, stuck, anxious, and depressed find more joy and peace in life. If you avoid stress by compulsively checking your phone, consuming hours of media, or staying super busy, Jude will show you how mindfulness can help you take your life back. Jude believes that it takes courage to start a mindfulness practice and that this simple act is one of self-compassion that can become a catalyst for real and lasting change.
